We announced to all City of Round Rock media outlets (City Focus --Channel 10, Round Rock City
News that comes out in Utility Bills monthly) that we had received a grant that enabled us to havethree extrainsert ofo City
public use. We wrote a press release and sent it to all local TV, radio, and newspapers; an article three elaptops for
Round Rock Leader announcing that we would have additional laptops in February because we appeared in the
Responds Grant. In our press release we explained that our public Internet wait lines had increasedhadsinceHurricanes received a Texas
Rita and Katrina and the laptops should help with anyone who needed computer access to have a Nance innes

The three laptops we received from the Texas Responds Grant have helped out ours patrons tr m needed)
September of 2005, we started having longer lines of people waiting to use the computers each evening. Becauserting in
