Justification: In order to have the waterline easement executed, a deed
without warranty must be provided and recorded. PRA
Hickerson executed a special warranty deed with the City
of Round Rock after Weingarten Realty had acquired title
to the portion of Randall's Town Center; and therefore had
"C" in
right to convey anything with respect to Exhibit
in special warranty deed - Document No. 2004053425.
This document will clear up Weingarten's title.
