Please note in the change order that $55,000 had been originally value engineered out of the original proposal. Due to cost savings and additional money that has been funded for this project $12,000. can be added to the allowance to complete plans for theming on the project. This should allow enough money to have the rock built on the project from our allowance budget. If this could be faxed or emailed to Mark Hatchel for his approval and then returned to me I will get it processed as soon as possible. Operations Larry Madsen, Construction Manager Justification: The original theming allowance for the Rock'n River project was lowered from $75,000 to $20,000 during value engineering negotiations at the start of the project. Due to cost savings within the project as well as additional money sources the allowance can be increased by $12,000. This will provide enough money to provide adequate signage and theming for the project. Funding: Cost: $12,000 Source of funds: 2002 G.O.
