RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by Georgetown Railroad Company, Inc., the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and
DISCHARGE only that sanitary sewer line easement which is described in that document recorded in
Vol. 548, Pages 621-624 of the Official Records of Williamson County, Texas.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easement, which said easement
is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said easement
will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Rol Rock, Texas has caused this instrument entitled
"Release of Easement" to be executed on this the day of the month of June, 2006.

DOLLAR to it paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor
hereby gives and grants unto the Grantee a 15 foot wide easement of right
of way to construct and perpetually maintain a 15 inch sanitaryslwer`line
for service to Grantor through:a portion_of Grantor's property in Williamson
County, Texas, said centerline easement of right of way being more fully
described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SAID easement of right of way is granted upon the following terms
and conditions:
1. Grantee shall indemnify and save harmless the Grantor from
and against all losses, liabilities, claims, or demands whatsoever (including
without limitation, costs and expenses in connection therewith) arising out
of any personal injury, including death resulting therefrom, or out of any
damage to or loss or destruction of property, in any manner based upon,
occasioned by, or attributable or related to the Grantee's use of said
easement of right of way.
2. Grantor reserves the right to use and enjoy the property
affected by said easement of right of way except insofar as such use and

THE WESTINGHOUSE ELECTRIC CORPORATION TO THE'CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS
BEING a 15 foot wide permanent utility easement on a tract of land
being out of and a part of the Ephraim Evans Survey, Abstract No. 212,
in Williamson County, Texas, said tract of land being that part of an
88.23 acre tract conveyed from Robert L. Bowers, Trustee and Robert L.
Bowers and Carl W. Burnett, Individuals to said Westinghouse Electric
Corporation by deed dated September 15, 1971, and recorded in Volume 540,
Page 68, of the Deed Records of.Williamson County, Texas. The centerline
of said 15 foot wide easement being more fully described as follows, to
wit:
