Delays - Weather related
Letter No. 025
Dear Mr. Owens:
This letter shall serve to notify the Engineer that we have sustained weather
related delays associated with the recent ice event. Given the hazardous road
conditions caused by the icing, we were unable to work on January 16th and
17th. Additionally, we lost over half of the day on the 18th.
We respectfully request that your team investigate this matter and issue a 3 work
day time extension for the impact. Should you have any questions and or
comments regarding this subject, please contact me posthaste.
Very truly yours,
Mole Kassouf Joint Venture
