WORKING EASEMENT

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties
of Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by DONALD JAMES AND RENNY JAMES,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and
DISCHARGE only the below -described portion of a public utility and working easement of record in
Cabinet D, Slides 279-280, of the Official Public Records of Williamson County, Texas, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, showing such easement and
describing 475 square feet, more or less, of land area, being a portion of Lot 23, Block
"A", of Shadow Brook, a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, according to the
map or plat thereof recorded in Cabinet D, Slides 279-280, Plat Records of Williamson
County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as indicated;
and
See "Sketch to Accompany Description" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
intents and purposes hereunto and in any wise pertaining, showing such easement.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described portion of said easement, which
portion of said easement is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose,
and which portion of said easement will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument entitled

AND 10' WORKING EASEMENT FOR FENCE AND
SIGN MAINTENANCE
DESCRIPTION OF 475 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS, OR LAND AREA, BEING A
PORTION OF LOT 23, BLOCK "A", OF SHADOW BROOK, A SUBDIVISION IN
WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF
RECORDED IN CABINET D, SLIDES 279-280, PLAT RECORDS OF WILLIAMSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES
AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING at a 'A" iron rod (found September 20, 2002), for the northeast corner of the
aforereferenced Lot 23, same being the westerly common comer of Lots 26 and 27, Block "G", of Round
Rock West, Section 6-A, a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof
recorded in Cabinet C, Slides 281-283, Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, from which a'' 'A" iron
rod (found September 20, 2002) in the north line of Shadow Brook Circle, for the southeast corner of Lot
23, same being the southwest corner of Lot 28 of the aforereferenced Round Rock West, Section 6-A, bears
S 19°49'42"E 239.95 feet;
THENCE leaving the PLACE OF COMMENCEMENT, and the aforereferenced Lots 26 and 27, with
the line of Lot 23, S 69°05'29'W 5.00 feet; and
THENCE entering Lot 23, with a line 5 feet west of and parallel to the east line of Lot 23, S 19°49'
42"E 5.00 feet to a point for the northeast comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein
described release tract;
THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING and continuing with a line 5 feet west of and parallel to the

on this release. The Legal Department has reviewed and approved the documents.
