Dear Mr. Nuse: At your request, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services on the above - captioned property. Terms of the assignment are summarized below. Real Estate to be Appraised: Purpose of the Appraisal: Use of the Report: Appraisal & Reporting Standards: The 18.414 acre McNeil Community Park located along the east line of IH -35, south of Chandler Road, Round Rock, Williamson County, Texas. To estimate the market value of the fee simple interest in the subject property as of the date of inspection. The property will be appraised in its as -is condition, including its deed restrictions and designation as an archeological landmark by the Texas Historical Commission. Potential disposition of the subject property. The appraisal will be developed and the report will be prepared in conformity with and subject to the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation and the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards ofProfessional Appraisal Practice of the Appraisal Institute. 011-0 1- iOte-107 8303 N.
