This Letter of Understanding is in regards to the appraisal and inspection that
will be conducted at the building located at 231 E. Main Street.
1. Our representatives are Jason Lee with Paul Hornsby & Company
and Michael Young with McComis Inspections. They are scheduled
to be on site on Wednesday, June 27, 2007.
2. Larry Madsen and/or Pete Dominguez with the City of Round Rock
will be in attendance for the inspections.
3. The City of Round Rock will indemnify and hold the owner of the
property harmless from and against Toss, liability, cost, damage or
expense resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of City of
Round Rock, its agents, employees or contractors during such
inspection and examination, and repair any and all physical damage
done to the Property by the City of Round Rock, its agents,
employees or contractors during such inspection and examination.
4. All inspections will be conducted so as not to unreasonably interfere
with use of the property by the owner or its tenants.
