11D1 adopted by the City Council of the City of Round Rock dated February 28, 2002, as found
in Document No. 2002028714 of the Official Records of Williamson County, Texas.

33.800 acres of land, more or less, out of the P.A. HOLDER SURVEY, Abstract No.
297, in Williamson County, Texas, and being more fully described by metes and bounds
on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Holder of the obligation and lien acknowledges its payment in full and releases the property
described above from the lien and from all liens held by Holder of the note and lien without
regard to how they were created or evidenced.
HOLDER of the obligation for and in consideration of the full and final payment of all
indebtedness secured by the lien described above, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
has RELEASED and DISCHARGED, and by these presents RELEASES and DISCHARGES the
above-described Property from the lien held by the undersigned.
