meaning thereof. The City of Round
Rock further reserves the right to reject
any or all bids and waive any informali-
ties and irregularities in the bids re-

The successful bidder will be expected to
execute the standard contract prepared
by the City of Round Rock, and to fumish
performance and payment bonds as de-
scribed in the bid documents. Contrac-
tors and subcontractors shall pay to la-
borers, workmen, and mechanics the

for fumishing all labor. material and
equipment and performing all work re-
quired for the project titled City of
Round Rock -. Raw Water Delivery
System - Pumps (project includes fur-
nishing all labor, materials, transportation
and service for the construction and in-
stallation of the Raw Water Delivery Sys-
tem, Intake Pumps, Piping and Electrical
Building, including all related appurte-
nances as more fully described in the
Drawings and the summary of work con-
tained in Section 01010) will be received
until 2:00 p.m. local time on November
28. 2006, then pdblicly opened and read
aloud at the City Hall Council Cham-
bers at the same address. Bid enve-
lopes should state date and time of bid
and "City of Round Rock - Raw Water

also be accompanied by a "Statement of
Bidder's Safety Experience" which is in-
cluded in Section 410 of the Project
