$700 for alleged tresspass on property owned by Michael Smith during
construction of Kiphen Road improvement project.

Justification: Reimbursement to landowner for alleged tresspass.

Source of funds:
Background Information: During construction of the Kiphen Road
improvement project the contractor went
outside of the right of way and dug on Mr.
Smith's property to install a a portion of the
utility improvements. This was allegedly at the
direction of the City's inspector. This
essentially amounted to a temporary
construction easement on the property. Mr.
Smith presented photos to support this claim.
