Operations Larry Madsen, Construction Manager Justification: This request provides for plumbing and electrical changes that had to be made due to ADA requirements of new and existing bathroom facilities not specified on plans. This also includes the additional cost above the allowance set for the partition doors that were selected by Golf Course Management Company located between the tournament banquet room and sports room.
