The 30' easement straddles the Lot's northern property line, with 15' on this Lot and 15' on an abutting lot. Funding: Cost: None Source of Funds: N/A Background Information: All the appropriate utility providers have reviewed the proposal and have concurred with the release request. The Legal Department has reviewed and approved the request, and prepared the attached release document.
