TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on August 5, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public
hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony regarding the City initiated rezoning of
the subject tract from C-1 (General Commercial) district to PF -2 (Public facilities — medium intensity)
Zoning District. The Planning and Zoning Commission may approve, modify or deny this application.

Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 3.432 acres, more or less, out of the P.A. Holder Survey.
