This Term Renewal Agreement No. 2 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Purchase of
Uniform Rental and Laundry Services from Unifirst Corporation," hereinafter called "Renewal
Agreement No_ 2," is made by and between the City of Round Rock, Texas, a home-rule
municipality, hereinafter called "City" and Unifirst Corporation, a Texas Corporation,
hereinafter called "Vendor_"
WHEREAS, City and Vendor executed the referenced "City of Round Rock Agreement
for Purchase of Uniform Rental and Laundry Services from Unifirst Corporation," hereinafter
called the "Agreement," on September 25, 2008, as authorized by Resolution No_ 8-08-09-25-
14131; and
WHEREAS, City and Vendor executed Term Renewal Agreement No. 1 on October 10,
2013, as authorized by Resolution No. R-13-10-1 O-G7, renewing the term of the Agreement For
the first allowable twelve (1 2) month renewal term; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to extend the Agreement for the second and final
allowable twclvc (12)month renewal period; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and obligations in the
Agreement and this Renewal Agreement No_ 2, the City and Vendor agree as follows=
I_
Pursuant to Section 2.01 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement is renewed for the
second and final allowable twelve (12) month period. This second twelve (12) month renewal
term shall commence upon expiration of the first twelve (12) month renewal term.
II_
This Renewal Agreement No. 2 shall extend the original Agreement as to time only with
no other changes in terms or conditions of the original Agreement

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Vendor have executed this Renewal Agreement No. 2
to be effective as of the last date of due execution by both parties.
