D.2 2015-2765 Consider public testimony and approval concerning the request filed by
RRE Investors LP, for the rezoning of a 35.77 acre tract of land from C-1
(General Commercial) District with PV (Palm Valley Overlay) to a new
PUD (Planned Unit Development) to be known as Diamond Oaks PUD.
