SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT NO. 1
TO CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FIRM: SCHRICKEL,ROLLINS AND ASSOCIATES, INC. ("Engineer")

PROJECT: OSPV Multipurpose Complex and Soccer Complex Improvements 2014
This Supplemental Contract No. 1 to Contract for Engineering Services is made by and between
the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City" and Schrickel, Rollins and
Associates, Inc.,hereinafter called the "Engineer".
WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed a Contract for Engineering Services, hereinafter
called the "Contract", on the 13th day of February, 2014 for the OSPV Multipurpose Complex
and Soccer Complex Improvements 2014 Project in the amount of$1,223,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to modify the provisions for the
scope of services and to increase the compensation by$496,000.00 to a total of$1,719,000.00;
NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and the Engineer agree that said Contract
is amended as follows:
I.
Article 2, Engineering Services and Exhibit B, Engineering Services shall be amended as set
forth in the attached Addendum To Exhibit B. Exhibit C, Work Schedule shall be amended as
set forth in the attached Addendum To Exhibit C.
II.
Article 4, Compensation and Exhibit D, Fee Schedule shall be amended by increasing by
$496,000.00 the lump sum amount payable under the Contract for a total of$1,719,000.00, as
shown by the attached Addendum to Exhibit D.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Engineer have executed this Supplemental
Contract in duplicate.

CONSULTANT will perform additional services as described below.
1. Part I - Elements, A.1. Project Description, paragraph a.: Add to the scope an enlarged two
story central soccer clubhouse building with meeting and party rooms (10,000 SF), a 60,000 SF
soccer field canopy,a second restroom building on the south end of the MP complex,a secondary
park road connecting to Kenney Fort Blvd.,five artificial turf fields,and additional sports lighting
on the championship field.
2. Part I-Elements,A.6.-Project Budget: Add to the project construction budget$14,000,000 to
result in a total construction budget of:
Multipurpose Complex $ 25,000,000
Soccer Complex 3,000,000
Total Construction Budget $ 28,000,000
