R-2015-2839 - 9/24/2015 RESOLUTION NO. R-2015-2839 WHEREAS, on April 27, 2000, by Resolution No. R-00-04-27-12E1, the City Council, after a public hearing, authorized the creation of the Behrens Ranch Public Improvement District in the City of Round Rock, Texas; and WHEREAS, on February 8, 2001, by Ordinance No. G-01-02-08-8A9, the City Council, after a public hearing, authorized levying assessments for the cost of certain improvements to be provided in the Behrens Ranch Public Improvement District; and WHEREAS, no bonds were issued for the Behrens Ranch Public Improvement District; and WHEREAS, the cost of the improvements to the Behrens Ranch Public Improvement District has been repaid in full,Now Therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, That the Behrens Ranch Public Improvement District is hereby dissolved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the assessment lien shall be released by execution and recordation of the Release of Assessment Lien attached hereto as Exhibit"A".
