The nature of the project will result in little to no environmental change to an existing residential home in an established subdivision. I reviewed the USFWS and NMFS Endangered Species Act -Species Search and Critical Habitat websites for Williamson County and no known critical habitat was found in or near the project site. A critical habitat map showing project site is attached. Based on the nature of the project and information reviewed from the USFWS and NMFS websites, it is my opinion that the nature of the project will likely have "no effect" on federally protected species and critical habitat.
