As requested, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services relating to the property
captioned above. Terms of the assignment are summarized below.

To estimate the market value of the fee
simple interest in the subject property as of
the date of inspection.
Establishing a basis for partial acquisition of
the subject property.
The appraisal will be developed and the
report will be prepared in conformity with
and subject to the requirements of the
Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the
Appraisal Foundation and the Code of
Professional Ethics and the Standards of

Completion:
Professional Appraisal Practice of the
Appraisal Institute. The results of our
analysis will be set forth in Appraisal
Reports as defined by Standards Rule 2-2(a)
of USPAP.
$5,500, assuming appraisal of the land
component only, site improvements within
the acquisition, and cost to cure.
or
$8,500, assuming appraisal of the land
component and primary improvements.
The fee will be determined once we
determine if the primary improvements are
impacted by the proposed acquisition. The
fee will be payable upon delivery of the
report.

• Site plan
• Building floor plans and elevations
• Inspection reports
• Environmental reports
• Title commitment
• Any offers to buy or sell the property
within the last three years.
Estimated at three weeks from your written
authorization to proceed.
