D. APPEAL HEARING:
D1. As required by Texas Government Code Section 143.034, consideration and final decision on
appeal filed by eligible promotional candidates Rob Kellenberger, William Clifton, Aaron
Danner, Thad Putman, Trent Classen, Gregory Andres, Joshua Bonney, and Cole Closs
regarding City of Round Rock Fire Department Driver promotional examination questions
from test administered on September 29, 2015.
E. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
E1. Consider Executive Session as authorized by Section 551.088, Government Code, related to
the deliberation of a test item or information related to a test item regarding City of Round
Rock Fire Department Driver Promotional Examination questions from test administered on
September 29, 2015.
F. ADJOURNMENT
In addition to any executive session already listed above, the Civil Service Commission for the City of
Round Rock reserves the right to adjourn into executive session at any time during the course of this
meeting to discuss any of the matters listed above, as authorized by Texas Government Code for the
