CM-2015-925 - 10/26/2015 Iffill1111111111111111 E5 SMTS 201510276 DECLARATION OF WASTEWATER EASEMENT THE STATE OF TEXAS § §KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON § That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (hereinafter called the "Declarant") has executed this Declaration of Wastewater Easement for the purpose of establishing the following exclusive easement vested in, inuring to, and in favor of, Declarant, in and under the following described property in Williamson County,Texas,to-wit: Being 69 square feet of land situated in Williamson County, Texas, out of the David Curry Survey,Abstract No. 130, Williamson, County, Texas and being a portion of Lot 1, Block 'A',Tellabs Subdivision(a re-plat), a subdivision in Williamson County, Texas, as recorded in Cabinet 'T', Slides 141-143, of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas, being more particularly described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes. The Easement, rights, and privileges hereby created shall be used solely for the purpose of constructing, installing, operating, maintaining, inspecting, reconstructing, enlarging, relocating, rebuilding, repairing, and removing a wastewater system and lines, together with all necessary lines, pipes, conduits, valves, vaults, manholes, ventilators, and other equipment, improvements, accessories and appurtenances or operations related thereto. Except as otherwise stated, the Easement and other rights and privileges hereby created shall be perpetual. The benefits and obligations of the Easement created herein shall constitute benefits and servitudes running with the land. This Declaration may beVmodified,amended, or terminated by Declarant.
