As requested, I am pleased to provide this proposal for appraisal services relating to the
properties captioned above. Terms of the assignment are summarized below.

The appraisals will be developed and the
reports will be prepared in conformity with

Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
of the
Appraisal Foundation and the
Code of
Professional Ethics and the Standards of
Professional Appraisal Practice
of the
Appraisal Institute. The reports
will also
comply with the Texas Parks &
Wildlife
appraisal guidelines.
The results of our analysis will be set forth
in Appraisal Reports as defined by
Standards Rule 2-2(a) of USPAP.
Parcel 1: $4,500, land component only and
site improvements in the acquisition.
Parcel 2: $4,500, land component only and
site improvements in the acquisition.
Payable incrementally on the delivery of
each report.
Time subsequent to the initial assignment,
including, without limitation, updates,
meetings, depositions, mediation,
arbitration, trial and preparation for
testimony, will be paid monthly, as incurred,
at the following hourly rates:
Paul Hornsby: $300/hour
MAI Staff Appraisers: $250/hour
State Certified Appraisers: $200/hour
Research Staff. $125/hour
Information Necessary to *Surveys
Complete the Assignment -Site Plans
(as available): -Inspection reports
-Title commitments
-Any offers to buy or sell the property
within the last three years
Completion: Estimated at 30 days from your written
authorization to proceed.
