TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on Wiz, December 16,
2015, at 7:00 P.M. by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Interested parties may appear and be heard
at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony concerning the request for approval of a
Concept Plan to be known as the Tabrizi 35 Subdivision Concept Plan. The Planning and Zoning
Commission may recommend approval, modify or deny this application. Case No. CP1511-001
Legal Description: The subject tract consists of 1.61 acres, more or less, out of the Wiley Harris Survey.
