NEO-GOV Change Order to allow for the automatic upload of existing job
descriptions/postings from the Highline system into the NEO-GOV system.
Department: Human Resources
Staff Person: Kristie O'Hara
Justification: In an effort to be efficient and effective, Human Resources would like to
automatically upload the existing job descriptions from the Highline system to the NEO-GOV
system. Human Resources staff do not have the time to manually enter the 75-100 jobs that we
intend to upload and the Department does not have the budget to hire a temporary to complete
this work. The automatic upload allows the system to auto populate the fields.
Funding:
Cost: $1500.00
Source of funds: General Self Financed Construction

Background Information: On July 25, 2008, the City Manager signed the original

NEOGOV) for the Talent Management Software implementation that allows for the City's
recruiting process (Public Service, Fire, and Police) to be completed on-line.
