behalf of the City, I hereby confirm that the 35 -foot wide temporary construction
easement granted to the City by Robert Dillard, Trustee, and recorded in Volume
1232, Page 593, Williamson County Deed Records is no longer needed by the City.

Justification:
The 35 -foot wide temporary construction easement granted to the City by
Robert Dillard, Trustee was needed to install the Chandler Creek Interceptor
Phase Two, circa 1985. This temporary easement was intended to be used
during initial construction and this letter will officially terminate the temporary
easement.

Steven M. Bowers, Purchaser's counsel has requested a letter from the City
acknowledging that the 35 -foot wide temporary construction easement
dedicated as part of the attached Public Utility Easement is no longer in effect.
