Thank you very much for the opportunity to submit the following quotation for your consideration. Musco
is committed to working with the Round Rock Parks Department in a manner that is cost effective and as
efficient as possible. Musco proposes to provide the materials and labor to install the below listed control link
units for Old Settlers Park, in Round Rock, TX.

>Price for Control Link Fields 1-4: $7,600.00
>Price for Control Link Fields 1-3 Softball: $7,600.00
>Price for Control Link Fields 7-13: $8,020.00
>Price for Control Link Youth FB Fields 1&2: $7,600.00
Total: $38,420.00 installed by Musco Technicians.
Please note: Prices above are for purchases of individual units and installation. Please deduct
$3,125.00 if all units are purchased and installed at the same time. ($35,295.00)
All local applicable sales, use, franchise, gross receipts, or similar taxes are the responsibility of the Round
Rock Parks Department. Payment terms are Net 30. Musco, a non-union organization, requires the Round
Rock Parks Department to arrange and secure all licenses, permits and/or applicable labor contracts with
local authorities. Musco shall not be held responsible for local union labor or any permits, if required.
Prices are good for acceptance and delivery for 90 days only, unless such time is extended in writing. If you

ITEM: Consider issuing a purchase order to Musco Lighting for control link
units for various ball fields.

Justification:
This resolution will allow the City to purchase control link units that will remotely control the
sports lighting at Old Settlers Park. The systems allow the City to better manage our sports
lighting systems and help to eliminate any unnecessary light usuage by controlling the
systems through a web -based scheduling system that remotely turns the lights off and on.

Cost: $35,295.00
