CM-09-03-038REVOCATION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH OAKWOOD 620 JOINT VENTURE This REVOCATION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Revocation") is by and on behalf of the City of Round Rock, Texas, a Texas home rule city ("City"). RECITALS A. On September 27, 1990, in Resolution 1519R, the City granted a License Agreement to the Oakwood 620 Joint Venture ("Oakwood JV") permitting Oakwood JV the right to place an area identification sign in the right-of-way of Oakwood Boulevard at the RM 620 intersection. B. Pursuant to the express terms of said License Agreement, said License Agreement is revocable at any time by either party upon thirty (30) days written notice. C. The City has previously provided Oakwood JV with a 30 day written notice of the City's intent to revoke said License Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, The City of Round Rock, Texas, through its City Manager, does hereby revoke said License Agreement, effective as of the 7th day of April, 2009.
