THE OAKLAND OWNERS ASSOCIATION
This REVOCATION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Revocation") is by and on behalf of
the City of Round Rock, Texas, a Texas home rule city ("City").
RECITALS
A. On December 22, 1998, in Resolution No. R -98-12-22-10E1, the City granted a License
Agreement to the Oakland Owners Association, Inc. permitting the right to install,
construct, operate, maintain, upgrade, and repair landscaping and irrigation systems in
and upon the public right-of-way located at the intersection of Oakwood Boulevard and
RM 620.
B. Pursuant to the express terms of said License Agreement, said License Agreement is
terminable by either party at will by the giving of actual notice to the other party.
C. The City has received notice from the Oaklands Owners Association of their intent to
revoke said License Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE,
The City of Round Rock, Texas, through its City Manager, does hereby revoke said
License Agreement, effective as of the 7th day of April, 2009.

Justification: Pursuant to the express terms of the License Agreement,

Background Information:
The Oaklands Owners Association wishes to
revoke the existing License Agreement so
they can obtain a new license agreement for
maintaining the landscaping and irrigation in
all but two medians within the subdivision.
