FEASIBILITY ENERGY ANALYSIS AGREEMENT
This Feasibility Energy Analysis A reement ("Agreement') is made and entered into as of this
(9,r1_4) day of 2009 by and between Chevron Energy
Solutions Company, a Division of Chevron U.S.A., Inc. (Chevron ES), an

ComServicepany CESCO°) having its principal offices at 345 California Street, 18"' Floor, San Francisco,
CA 94104 and the City of Round Rock, Texas, located at 221 East Main
Texas 78664, hereinafter referred to as "Customer". Customer hereby authorizes Cheovron EScto
evaluate the Customer's facilities for the purpose of determining the viability of implementing a
guaranteed energy saving program to generate funds for facility renewal.
1. Scope of Work. Chevron ES agrees to perform an energy use feasibility study (at no cost to
the Customer) to determine opportunities to reduce total operating expenses within the
Customer's facility. Such study shall include, but not be limited to the following: utility bill
review, on-site facility inspection of buildings and equipment, maintenance procedures and
costs, capital improvement needs, capital improvement plans, investigate the feasibility of a
utility rate reduction, correlate and analyze information gathered from the above steps,
develop an energy management program and prepare an energy use report and performance
contracting proposal which outline the savings opportunities, cost, and capitalization
alternatives, engineering and equipment recommendations.
2. Sche ule. The energy use evaluation will begin with a site visit of the facility. The energy
study will be presented to the Customer approximately (8) weeks after the site visit and the
receipt of the following information from the Customer
a. One year worth of actual utility bills for all included utilities, beginning with the most
recent month.
b. List of buildings and associated square footage.
c. 8'A" x 11' floor plans of all included buildings.
3. Change in Scone. Any change in the terms of this agreement must be in writing and signed
by both parties.
4. Customer Partic anon. Customer agrees to do all things reasonably necessary to assist
Chevron ES in conducting the energy use evaluation, including, but not limited to, providing
copies of utility bilis; access to the buildings; access to operation and maintenance'personnel;
and copies of previously conducted energy oaUow
