I am writing as the City Manager for the City of Round Rock, Texas (the "City").
The purpose of this letter is to provide First Southwest Company ("First Southwest"))
with 30 days written notice of the termination of the above referenced agreement bet

the City and First Southwest ("Agreement"). Pursuant to Section IV of he Agreement,
the City hereby notifies First Southwest that the Agreement shall terminate 30 da s from
the date of this notice. y
