§ KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the City of Round Rock, Texas, a Texas home -rule municipality, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration paid to it by M.E. BASTROP, LLC, a Texas limited liability
company, on behalf of itself and its successors and assigns, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE
a 1,573 square feet Waterline Easement dated March 23, 2009, recorded in Cabinet FF,
Slides 308, Official Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas.
Such ABANDONMENT, RELEASE and DISCHARGE of the above -referenced
Easement shall apply only to the below -described property, to -wit:
See Exhibit "A" describing a 1,573 square feet of land, being a portion of
Lot 1, Block 1, of M.E. Bastrop Subdivision, a subdivision of record in
Cabinet FF, Slide 307-308, of the Plat Records of Williamson County,
Texas. Surveyed on the ground in the month of October, 2008, under
supervision of Brian F. Peterson, Registered Professional Land Surveyor,
and being more particularly described as attached.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described original easement,
and to release such original easement only as to the property specifically described
herein, which easement is hereby terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and
cessation of purpose, and which easement shall be of no further force and effect, whether
legal or equitable.

BEING 1573 Square Feet of land, being a portion of Lot 1, Block 1, of M.E. Bastrop
Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Cabinet FF, Slide 307-308, of the Plat Records of
Williamson County, Texas. Surveyed on the ground in the month of October, 2008, under the
supervision of Brian F. Peterson, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and being more
particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron pin found on the south line of Lot 1, of Comfort Suites Subdivision, a
subdivision of record in Cabinet P, Slide 174, of the Plat Records of Williamson County, Texas,

Justification:
City staff is proposing to release a waterline easement that was required of the
applicant to be dedicated with the recent plat. The easement is not and will not be
used, however, and is therefore no longer needed.

Engineering and Development Services concurs with the request to release the
easement; the City Attorney's office has reviewed the request and prepared the
attached release document.
