After beginning work on the above project, we discovered several previously unknown factors,
which increased the scope of work. Included are:
> Appraisal of improvements on Parcels 4,5,9, 10 & 11 due to right of way proximity;
> Division of Parcel 16 into two parcels due to their separation by a roadway under
separate ownership;
> Division of Parcel 19 into four parcels given non -contiguity and/or differing uses.
As a result of these changes, I would request the following fee increases:

Background Information: The scope of work increased after further evaluation of various
parcels. Parcels 4, 5, 9, 10 & 11 have multiple improvements located within the proposed ROW
that will need to be valued and Parcel 16 and Parcel 19 were divided into multiple new parcels
due to separation of ownership and non -contiguity.
