CM-09-07-145Right of Entry Authorization Permission is hereby granted for use of the Property for work which may include land surveying, topographical, engineering, environmental, geotechnical studies and testing (including core drilling), and appraisal, or other related tasks, and any other purposes described in the attached correspondence subject to remuneration for physical damages actually done by City of Round Rock representatives. Damages must be submitted in writing to the City within 30 calendar days of the date of occurrence. The City of Round Rock agrees to indemnify and hold Owner harmless from any damages or other losses to third parties resulting from any acts or omissions of the City, its employees, agents or assigns, in carrying out the purposes of this right of entry on the Property. This right of entry shall continue in effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of execution, unless extended by owner in writing. Funding: $2,950,000.00 Cost: $0.00 Source of funds: 2001 GO Bonds, CAMPO Grant, Wilco Grant Outside Resources: Sonoma Homeowners Association Background Information: The City and Williamson County partnered on the project and received a $2.36 million grant from CAMPO.
