KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON
That the CITY OF ROUND ROCK, TEXAS, a municipal corporation situated in the Counties of
Travis and Williamson, State of Texas, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by JIM FORREST AVANT, JEFF WOOD
AVANT, AND JAMIE AVANT DEYHLE, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,
does hereby ABANDON, RELEASE and DISCHARGE only the below -described 30' waterline easement
which was recorded in Volume 844, Page 169 of the Official Records of Williamson County, Texas, to -
wit:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, describing 1.158 acres (Tract A
and 7.082 acres (Tract B) of land situated in the Joseph Fish Survey, Abstract No. 232,
Williamson County, Texas, said tracts being more particularly described by metes and
bounds.
See "Sketch to Accompany Field Notes" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all
intents and purposes hereunto and in any wise pertaining, showing such easement.
This instrument is given specifically to release the described said easement, which said easement
is terminated by abandonment, termination, vacation, and cessation of purpose, and which said easement
will be of no further effect, whether legal or equitable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Round Rock, Texas has caused this instrument entitled
"Release of Waterline Easement" to be executed on this the Tj day of the month of f
2009.

FIELD NOTES describing a thirty (30) foot wide, 1.158 acre strip of
land, TRACT A, being situated in the Joseph Fish Survey, Abstract No.
232, Williamson County, Texas, also being upon a portion of the remain-
der of those certain lands conveyed to D. B. Wood by deed recorded in
Volume 271, Page 314 of the Deed Records of said County, said TRACT A,
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING FOR REFERENCE at Government Marker No. 105-1-3, being the
most Southerly corner of a 249.00 acre Tract 105-1, conveyed to said
United States of America by deed recorded in Volume 550, Page 553 and
the Southwest corner of a 15.85 acre easement, Tract 105-E-1, granted
to said United States of America by instrument recorded in Volume 550,
Page 553, of said Deed Records, also being an angle point in said D. 8.
Wood remainder; thence along the division line between said Tract 105-1
and said D. B. Wood remainder; N73'36'W, 122.21 feet to a point, for
the most Northerly corner and POINT OF BEGINNING of the hereinafter
