Consider executing an amended proposal for appraisal services by Paul Hornsby &
Company relating to six (6) tracts of land on University Boulevard.
Parcels 6A and 6C original fees were estimated assuming land only and no
improvements in the part taken. We have since found that improvements are in the part
taken and need to be valued. Fees increased from $3,000 to $3,900. All other fees are
unchanged from the original approved proposal.
Staff recommends approval.
