Justification:
The Statutory Checklist has been completed and does not require any mitigation for
compliance with any listed statues or authorities. A Notice of Finding of No Significant
Impact and Notice of Intent to Release of Funds will be published on October 17, 2009.
After the comment period ends on November 1, 2009 a HUD form 7015 Request for Release
of funds will be sent to HUD.
