Justification: Homeowners applied for $5,000.00 down payment assistance in 2004 to
purchase a home at 1204 Yorkshire Lane. It is the homeowner's responsibility to file the
release of lien with Williamson County. The lien filed by the City for the $5,000.00 down
payment assistance was file incorrectly in the amount of $112,412.00. Therefore, the
release is for $112,412.00 to release the $5,000.00 and correct the error in the original lien.
The Deed of Trust in the amount of $114,098.00 remains in effect. The applicants have
satisfied the five year residency requirement.
