ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT B
Engineering Services
The changes to the scope of this project are as follows:
1. Deletion of the preparation of a Stoma Water Pollution Prevention Plan
(SWPPP)
As the' area of disturbance is less than 5 acres the amount of effort to prepare the
SWPPP is less than originally anticipated. SWPPP will be in accordance with City
of Round Rock policy and will be included in the construction plans. A separate
SWPPP booklet will be prepared, however, the SWPPP will not be submitted to
the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
2. Additional Drainage Design
The original Scope of Services anticipated the use of the existing storm sewer line
traversing the length of the project. Upon final field verification of the vertical
location of the existing force mains in the street, it was determined that a
secondary trunk system was the most cost effective solution as the existing storm
sewer and force mains were at approximately the same elevation. The design of
this secondary system was not anticipated in the original Scope of Services.
3. Street Light Design
Add the design of Street Lighting to the Construction Documents
4. Additional Field Time for Location of Existing Force Mains
The existing force mains were exposed by City utility crews on three separate
occasions necessitating three separate trips for the observation of and surveying of
their respective locations. Subsurface Utility Engineering was specifically
excluded from the original Scope of Services.
5. Additional Reimbursable Fees
Add $475.00 for ADA review and registration fees.
ADDENDUM TO EXHIBIT C
Work Schedule
The changes to the Work Schedule for this project are as follows:
The Contract time by this Supplemental Agreement will be extended until December 31, 2010.
