The release of the easement is for the relocation of the existing wastewater line away from Building #3 in the development. A new private fifteen -foot wastewater easement is proposed for the new wastewater line. Engineering and Development Services concurs with the request to release the easement; the City Attorney's office has reviewed the request and prepared the attached release document.
