TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floor of City Hall, 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock, TX, on January 14, 2016, at 7:00 P.M.
by City Council. Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider public testimony regarding proposed amendments to the
City of Round Rock Code of Ordinances (2010 Edition) regarding requirements for converting existing
garages to living space in certain residential zoning districts. Additionally, amendments are proposed in
residential zoning districts concerning the prohibition of open storage and to regulate the placement of
air conditioning units.
