CM-10-03-072THE STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF TRAVIS COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON § KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO "CITY OF ROUND ROCK AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH PALMER PRICE, INC." FIRM: Palmer Price, Inc. ADDRESS: 2803 Cottonwood Ln, Post Office Box 2086, Colleyville, Texas 76034 REFERENCE: Drainage Utility Study This Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to "City of Round Rock Agreement for Consulting Services with Panner Price, Inc." is made by and between the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City," and Palmer Price, Inc., hereinafter called "Palmer." WHEREAS, City and Palmer executed the initial agreement on the 26th day of February, 2010; and WHEREAS, City and Palmer find it necessary to amend the initial agreement via Supplemental Agreement No. 1; NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, City and Palmer agree that said initial agreement is amended as follows: 1. Section 1.03 shall be amended as follows: 1.03 PAYMENT FOR SERVICES; SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS Not -to -Exceed Total: The initial Agreement provided that Palmer's payment for services rendered would not exceed $18,000.00. In addition, for the consulting services described in Exhibit 13 attached hereto, City agrees to pay Palmer an amount not to exceed $13,800.00 to be paid by City upon receipt of properly submitted invoices as specified in Section 1.04. II. Task 4: Stormwater Utility Billing Database Development City staff will provide resources and coordination for: • Delivery of UBS data extract, GIS parcel layer and attribute table, and WCAD parcel layer and attribute table for initial import into DrainageLink Agreement with City of Round Rock A - 1 Preliminary Investigations for a Stormwater Utility Implementation Supplemental Task 4 03/18/2010 EXHIBIT B Exhibit B Engineering Services The scope of services described in the following tasks defines Palmer Price, Inc.'s (PPI) understanding of the activities and deliverables that will be required to assist the City of Round Rock to continue implementation of a Stormwater Utility, and will be provided as an additional Task 4 to the "Preliminary Investigations for a Stormwater Utility Implementation." PPI will subcontract with Halff Associates for services related to quality control review of GIS data and tools that are needed for the project. Task 4: Stormwater Utility Billing Database Development Palmer Price, Inc. will: • Provide quality control checks and review for GIS and WCAD parcel data that will be imported into the stormwater utility billing database • Program PPI's Stormwater Utility Billing Database Development Tool, called DrainageLink©, to utilized multiple parcel ID numbers and other unique data fields for use in development of the stormwater utility billing database • Import information into DrainageLink and continue matching parcels with utility billing system (UBS) accounts Agreement with City of Round Rock B -1 Preliminary Investigations for a Stormwater Utility Implementation Supplemental Task 4 03/18/2010 EXHIBIT C Exhibit C Work Schedule The scope of services described in Exhibit B will be completed by April 23, 2010. Additional Services Services in addition to those described in Exhibit B can be provided upon written authorization containing a detailed scope of services, a revised time for completion, revised hourly billing rates and revised estimate of compensation.
