Re: Letter Agreement
Relocation Assistance
Intermodal Transit Facility — tN 1,3v  pi yo,{
On November 2, 2009 a letter agreement was entered into between Crossland Acquisition, Inc.
and the City of Round Rock wherein Crossland Acquisition, Inc. is to provide Relocation
Assistance services for the City of Round Rock on two parcels of land located at 310 W. Bagdad
and 110 S. Brown for the City's Intermodal Transit Facility. These services are to be performed
in accordance with the Uniform Act and in accordance with TxDOT policy.
In that agreement it was estimated Crossland's fee would not exceed $6,500.00. This estimate
was based on our initial inspection of the parcel prior to contacting the landowner. As a result of
this parcel being much more complicated than initially believed, we must revise our estimate of
fees to a figure not to exceed $7,500.00. If you are agreeable to the above, please evidence your
consent to the above terms by execution of a duplicate copy of this letter agreement and returning
to us. Should you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. We look forward to
continue to work with you on this project.

im Henry
