The Clean Air Partners Program (CAPP) is a partnership of local employers working together to make Central Texas more liveable and healthy. CAPP is a voluntary recognition program for employers who pledge to making clean air commitments. By pledging to meet two attainable commitments, Partners reduce unhealthy, polluting ground -level ozone in Central Texas.
