Box 1618 San Marcos, TX 78667 Re: Lone Star Rail District Membership Dear Chairman Covington: Thank you for asking the City of Round Rock to become a member of the Lone Star Rail District. Joining the District was considered in the City's budget process, but was not included in the City's approved FY 2010-2011 budget. The City is aware of the consequences of not joining the District, but FY 2010-2011 is a tight budget year requiring fiscal constraint. Again, thank you for asking the City of Round Rock to join the District. cerely, Ja) e R)Nuse, P.E.
