Cost: Source of Funds: N/A N/A REV. 6/10/10 DECLARATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT City of Round Rock THE STATE OF TEXAS § §KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: COUNTY OF WILLIAMSON § That the City of Round Rock, a Texas home -rule municipal corporation (hereinafter called the "Declarant") has executed this Declaration of Public Utility Easement for the purpose of establishing the following exclusive easement in, to, across and under the following described property in Williamson County, Texas, to -wit: 0.009 acres of land, more or less, situated in the Jacob M. Harrell Survey, Abstract No 284, Williamson County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds in said Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein. The aforementioned described property is hereinafter referred to as the "Easement". The perpetual Easement, right-of-way, rights and privileges herein granted shall be used for the purposes of location, placement, relocation, construction, operation, enlargement, maintenance, alteration, repair, rebuilding, removal and patrol of public utilities, to -wit: electric transmission and distribution lines, telecommunication and cable television lines, water lines, natural gas lines, wastewater lines, sanitary sewer lines, connecting lines, access facilities and related equipment, stormwater lines, drainage systems and structures, all necessary conduits, valves, vaults, manholes, ventilators and appurtenances, storm sewers and collection facilities, drainage pipes and all other subsurface drainage structures, and any necessary accessories, or operations.
