The additional services include revising Construction Plans for horizontal and vertical relocation of one million gallon Clearwell, High Service Pump Station, and Electrical building; preparing drawing details and bid descriptions for the addition of meter vaults and appurtenances in Old Settlers Park; developing an installation plan and cross connection control strategy for retrofitted irrigation system in Old Settlers Park. In addition, coordinating floodplain and drainage easement issues related to proposed Phase 1B facilities with the City of Round Rock staff; mapping current floodplain boundaries onto site plan from current FEMA flood profiles and topographic data; developing and revising site plan drawing to reflect the current floodplain boundaries, the final plat of the Brushy Creek Regional WWTP, and layout of proposed Phase 1B Reuse Facilities. ("Engineer") ADDRESS: 4401 West Gate Blvd., Ste. 400, Austin, TX 78745 PROJECT: Water Reuse System — Phase 1 This Supplemental Contract No. 1 to Contract for Engineering Services is made by and between the City of Round Rock, Texas, hereinafter called the "City" and HDR Engineering, Inc., hereinafter called the "Engineer". WHEREAS, the City and Engineer executed a Contract for Engineering Services, hereinafter called the "Contract", on the 25th day of March, 2010 for the Water Reuse System — Phase 1 Project in the amount of $543.491.00; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to modify the provisions for the scope of services and to increase the compensation by $48,161.00 to a total of $591,652.00; and NOW THEREFORE, premises considered, the City and the Engineer agree that said Contract is amended as follows: I. Article 2, Engineering Services and Exhibit B, Engineering Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached Addendum To Exhibit B. Exhibit C, Work Schedule shall be amended as set forth in the attached Addendum To Exhibit C. I1. Article 4, Compensation and Exhibit D, Fee Schedule shall be amended by increasing by $48,161.00 the lump sum amount payable under the Contract for a total of $591,652.00, as shown by the attached Addendum to Exhibit D. Revise Drawings for raised Clearwell, High Service Pump Station, Electrical Building, and related appurtenances. 3. Prepare drawing details and bid descriptions for addition of meter vaults with appurtenances in Old Settlers Park. 4. Develop installation plan and cross connection control strategy for retrofitted irrigation system in Old Settlers Park. 5. Modify bid specifications as required based on above changes. 6. Coordinate drawing and specification revisions with electrical and structural subconsultants. Phase 1B — Reuse Water Treatment Facilities: Floodplain Coordination 1. Coordination of floodplain and drainage easement issues related to proposed Phase 1B facilities with City of Round Rock staff. 2. Development and revision of site plan drawings (Sheet 1Z-01) to reflect current floodplain boundaries, the Final Plat of the Brushy Creek Regional WWTP, and layout of proposed Phase 1B facilities. 3. Mapping current floodplain boundaries onto site plan from current FEMA flood profiles and topographic data. Note: Above services do not include fees associated with a plat revision for the Brushy Creek Regional WWTP. Water Reuse System — Phase 1: BuRec and ARRA Coordination 1. Preparation of labor reporting forms pursuant to Bureau of Reclamation and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act requirements related to acceptance of Federal grant funds for the Williamson County Water Reclamation and Reuse Project — Phases 1 A and 1 B.
