Notice is hereby given of a public hea ri ng to be held in City Council Chambers located on the first
floo r of City Hall , 221 East Main Street in the City of Round Rock , TX , on February 3, 2016, at 7 :00 p.m .
by the Planning and Zoning Commission . Interested parties may appear and be heard at the public
hearing.
The purpose of the hearing is to consid e r public testimony concerning the request filed by WSP
Development #1 LTD ., for Amendment No . 1 to PUD 45 (Stonecrest Retail PUD) to mod ify the distance
requ irement for an outdoor pat io from res idential properties. The Planning and Zon i ng Commission
