The agreement between the City of Round Rock and Mario L. Carlin Management, LLC. was approved in the amount of $14,925 on May 6, 2011. Change order #1 is for the purchase and installation of a coil and to flush all copper lines and test for leaks. This additional work is needed in order to complete work write up line item #3: replace A/C condenser with minimum 14 seer unit and install unit to work with existing furnace. Attach existing condensate line. City inspector Darrell Hall inspected and verified that there is no coil and this additional work is needed.
