Item Summary:
Requesting approval of Change Order #1 in the amount of $1,400 for home repair at 1201 East Logan Drive. The
agreement between the City of Round Rock and Mario L. Carlin Management, LLC. was approved in the amount of
$14,925 on May 6, 2011. Change order #1 is for the purchase and installation of a coil and to flush all copper lines
and test for leaks. This additional work is needed in order to complete work write up line item #3: replace A/C
condenser with minimum 14 seer unit and install unit to work with existing furnace. Attach existing condensate line.
City inspector Darrell Hall inspected and verified that there is no coil and this additional work is needed.

Remove existing toilet in hall bathroom and
Install ADA toilet.
Replace A/C condenser with minimum 14
Seer unit and install unit to work with
existing fumace. Attach existing
condensate lines.
Replace three (3) columns at front porch
with regular treated posts. Prime and paint
to match (2 coats).
Remove and replace front lap siding and
two sheets to match on back of house to
include replacement of window and comer
trim with hardiplank. Caulk and flashing to
be installed where necessary. Prime and
paint to match to best ability (2 coats).
Save and reinstall exising chimney cap.
