The agreement between the City of Round Rock and Mario L. Carlin Management, LLC. was approved in the amount of $14,925 on May 6, 2011. Change order #2 is for the removal/demo of a 2X4 wall in the hall bath due to rot wood and to build a new 2x4 wall to include labor and material and new hardi backer for the top. This additional work is needed in order to complete work write up line item #7: remove tile and tub in hall bathroom, repair leaks, replace frame and sheetrock and install new fiberglass but and surround. Caulk and seal. City inspector Darrell Hall inspected and verified that this additional work is needed.
